Kibana is not loading and resulting in timeout

This is what i'm getting at the last line when i give

'journalctl -u kibana'

when i send request via curl or use browser it results in timeout i even wait for almost an hour but still it's not responding
can anyone help me with this.

How did you install Kibana? What version are you using? What OS are you using? How much memory does the process have?
