To help me with a different issue I have reverted to trying to us the kibana ui to complete some activities.
Currently I have created an index using the put command and then in the ui added an ILM. However the ui is now saying
"1 index has lifecycle errors"
I click on show errors but that just loads up the index it doesn't actually say what the issue is. What do I need to do to determine when is wrong ?
Hi @tractor_boy. Sorry to hear about your trouble. Can you check the Explain API in Dev Console to see if there are reported errors? Not sure why the UI wouldn't report any errors. Maybe we can figure this out and open a bug report if necessary.
