Currently I am using Kibana Map Service and plotting Geopoints. I want to change the icons of the points to something that is not one of the pre-selected Maiki icons and import another icon in the SVG format. Is this currently possible?
Hi. It is not currently possible to use custom icons in Maps. Would you mind opening a feature request for this on the Kibana GitHub repository? Please be specific about your use case. It will help us implement the feature.

Just wanted to pop in here again and mention that support for custom icons in Maps was added in 8.2.
