Kibana not starting up [Error: Failed to hash file: ENOENT: no such file or directory, read]

I am using Kibana 6.7 on Windows 10. However, when I run the kibana.bat, I get the following error while acccessing http://localhost:5601

Sounds like it might not completely extracted the zip. I would try to download and extract the zip again.
