Kibana Plugin

Hi!

I wanted to create a custom plugin to add on to kibana.
since i had Elasticsearch and kibana already set up and running, i started my plugin development in the 'plugin' of kibana. (system - win11)

when i start kibana, i dont see the plugin anywhere.
so thought may be it is bcuz kibana isnt bootstraped, and set up wsl ubuntu, forked and cloned the kibana folder and followeed the instructions.

i then copy pasted the plugin folder into wsl ubuntu' kibana' plugin folder. i have es and kb running on wsl fine... just that the plugin is not see.
how do i fix this. pl help
