I have to develop some kibana 5 plugins based on D3js visualization.
How is it possible to add D3js visualization into Kibana.
There are some d3js libraries for that?

We don't officially support plugin development, but I suggest you take a look at how we've written some of the visualizations in Kibana, and model after that. Here are some links:

If you find the process of adding a new visualization type to be difficult, then you'll be happy to know that we're currently working on refactoring and simplifying this code so it should become easier in the future.
