Please don't post pictures of text or code. They are difficult to read, impossible to search and replicate (if it's code), and some people may not be even able to see them 
They haven't fixed these kinds of problem in years. Kibana has all kinds of cryptic errors and regularly breaks on upgrades.
And all elastic team members @warkolm can do is comment on the formatting of your post. I've learned not to expect much else from this company.
Today there are many better options like Loki with Grafana and Prometheus that are far superior and a better developer experience that Kibana and will eventually overtake this dinosaur of a platform.
"Kibana server is not ready yet" simply means there is some issue preventing Kibana from becoming operational. More information can be found in the Kibana logs. See this guide for troubleshooting: Kibana server is not ready yet
