Kibana service restarting after few seconds

@flash1293
Can you please tell what can be the impact of deleting the .kibana and .kibana_task_manager_1 indices. What things they hold?

They contain all of your Kibana configuration - visualizations, dashboards, saved searches, spaces, ...

ok Thanks. so any saved visualizations, dashboards would get removed?

Correct - you can export everything you want to keep before deleting it, then re-importing it once Kibana initialized a new .kibana index.

However, there's normally no need to do so. I'm not advicing you to delete the .kibana index every time you restart Kibana / Elasticsearch. This was just necessary this one time because you entered an invalid state on a fresh installation. Now you got a consistent .kibana index and everything should work just fine - also if you restart or even upgrade your Kibana/Elasticsearch stack.

Thanks @flash1293 for reply.
