Kibana shows Failed to poll for work: Error: work has timed out

Hi there,

i've got this log from kibana.log

{"type":"log","@timestamp":"2023-02-01T14:48:06+07:00","tags":["error","plugins","taskManager"],"pid":57144,"message":"Failed to poll for work: Error: work has timed out"}

after a little check, i see this log was appear a few times and sequentially. do you know the reason why this log can appear? and how to fix it?
fyi, i used kibana v7.13.4
