kibana.uiExports.navLinks missing in kibana 6.x

in kibana5.x we can use kibana.uiExports.navLinks ( Can i control the plugin enabled status in other plugin? ), but missed in kibana 6.x, how can I get the navLinks in kibana 6.x @Joe_Fleming
