Kibana Visualizations imported into Canvas cannot inherit global time range

When importing an existing visualisation into a canvas ('Add Element' > 'Add from Kibana') I expected the global time range to apply to all elements. As it is, it seems to hardcode to last 15 minutes, and I'm unable to 'remove' this.

Any clues?

Did you try to add filters | in the expression at the very beginning?
This should take in the filters.

I don't have an expression to put things into though - these are kibana visualizations. Any ideas on where?

Hi Robert, you could find the "expression editor" at the right bottom of the canvas screen; there you could edit the element and include the filters statement.
