Kibana with Mapbox GL JS

Hi currently I using Kibana 6.8.1

I would like to know is Kibana able to build out this kind of Map chart ( https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/example/animate-point-along-route/ )
by using mapbox-gl.js

Currently I want to build the mapchart in my Kibana but I don't have any idea where to start it. I just know if want to build custom chart for Kibana I need to build using Vega.
