I downloaded Kibana and tried to start it on Mac OSX 10.13.3 (Catalina) but I get the following error and the application is killed:

For now, until the Apple notarization program is dealt with, you need to add an exception in the System Preferences for it in order to start it.
Thanks. I found the path to be: system preferences > security and privacy > developer tools. Edit to allow terminal to run software that doesn't meet the system security preferrences.
