nameをstrings で 10-01 や K20-91 などで取り込むと、unique countでうまくカウントされず困っています。解決方法をご教示いただけないでしょうか。

デフォルトの挙動になると、Analyzerが文字列を分割して保存している形になります。
not_analyzeなフィールドに変更する必要があるんじゃないでしょうか？
