Kibana6.4 browser oom

when I used the kibana6.4.0 to search my index,the chrome appear out of memory；the url is
http://myaddress:5601/app/kibana#/discover?_g=()&_a=(columns:!(msg),filters:!(),index:program_2021-11-11_18,interval:auto,query:(language:lucene,query:'msg:%22MZ%22'),sort:!(_score,desc))；

but when I search other index and use the same searching options,it is no problem.
