Latvian support?

Hello, I was reading the documentation about the supported languages in Elasticsearch (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/1.3/analysis-lang-analyzer.html#analysis-lang-analyzer).
Latvian isn't on the list, however when I was searching for more information about Latvian support I came across the release notes for version 0.19.2 of Elasticsearch (https://www.elastic.co/downloads/past-releases/elasticsearch-0-19-2) where it mentioned support for Latvian as one of the enhancements.

Is there a reason why the Latvian isn't on the official list language in the documentation?

It is included in the list for the version 1.5 of Elasticsearch: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/1.5/analysis-lang-analyzer.html#analysis-lang-analyzer
