Link into a bar chart in Time Series Visual Builder

HI all,
please ,I would like know if is possible insert a link into a barchart to jump to an other dashboard in Time Series Visual Builder .
I saw that there is the possibility in the top N "panel option section item url". there is the same possibility in Time Series in an other way?
