Elastic search is showing very strange behavior from yesterday, it was working perfectly, but now it is missing logs after every ten minutes. It just logs for 5 minutes then shows a gap for the next 10 minutes. Please help me to sort out this issue

Did you check the elasticsearch logs? Can you see any errors / warnings? Maybe in the Logstash / Beats logs?
