Logstah-6.0.0 logstash-input-jdbc intall error

Hi,

I'm trying to install the jdbc input plugin for logstash-6.0.0 but get the following error :

An error occurred while installing logstash-core (6.0.0), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that gem install logstash-core -v '6.0.0' succeeds before bundling.

For info, I tried on windows server 2012 and on Windows 10
