Problem when try install logstash jdbc input plugin in ubuntu

Hi,

I can´t install logstash in ubuntu server 14.04.

I install jruby and bundler gem.

Clone the folder of Logstash JDBC Input Plugin.

But when I run "bundle install" I get this error:

Could not find gem 'logstash-devutils (~> 1.1)' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile or available on this machine.
