Logstash-6.6 input Kafka Client Version 0.8

Hi,
I have logstash-2.4 which one works fine with Kafka Client Version 0.8 input
I need to upgrade ES to version 6.6 and also need to upgrade logstash as logstash2.4 cannot write to ES-6.6
How do I make kafka Client Version 0.8 input work with logstash-6.6
