Logstash apt package version number differs from ES, Kibana

Hi

I need to define apt package versions of Elasticsearch, Kibana and Logstash for installation scripts. What I noticed is that while for Elasticsearch and Kibana the latest apt version is 6.5.3 (as in "apt-get install elasticsearch=6.5.3"), for Logstash I have to use 1:6.5.3-1 (as in "apt-get install logstash=1:6.5.3-1).

Is this a bug, or is there an explanation for this? It has been the same with 6.3 and 6.5.2.
