Logstash as a service Windows - Without NSSM/Other

Hi all,

Is it possible to run Logstash as a service in the background on my Windows Server.

I understand this is possible using NSSM, and other tools like this.

But is there a different method to achieve the same perhaps via creating a service using PowerShell?
