Start log stash as windows service without nssm

I want to install logstash as a windows service on my windows server. But, for security reasons I'm not able to download and use Nssm.
Are the instructions anywhere to do that? All the info I can find involves using NSSM

I had it working with the Apache Commons Daemon "ProcRun" but if you're facing problems with nssm, I suspect you'll face the same one downloading this.

I say "had" it working as it works fine on my 64bit workstation, but when I put it on a server (also 64bit), refuses to start!!

But you might be lucky!
