Logstash file is taking time to read current logs due to this issue logs are missing on Kibana console

log file is shared on Kibana server using shared mount point, logs are generating with 3 min frequency.
older log file is renaming after new log generation so Logstash file is taking time to read current logs due to this issue logs are missing on Kibana console.
