Logstash-forwarder input questions

Elastic Stack Elasticsearch

I cant seem to find an reference to this but how can I configure
Logstash-forwarder for

  1. Windows Event logs
  2. udp/tcp inputs?

This is for a store and forward subsystem.

It only does file inputs. For other things look at Logstash.
