Logstash jdbc plugin not installed

How can I install logstash jdbc plugin....
I enter the logstash directory like below:
cd /etc/logstash
and then there I write this command
bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-input-jdbc as mention in elastic doc url..

But it showing bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-input-jdbc command not found..

I know my command is wrong...can anybody tell me correct command....

i use the following commands: with sudo or sudo apt-get both...not work

The logstash-plugin command isn't installed in /etc/logstash/bin. It might be found in /opt/logstash/bin or /usr/share/logstash/bin.
