does anyone know if there is retry logic on the logstash-kafka input tool?? We are facing a situation where we may have a logstash instance which has a logstash-kafka input configuration that refers to a kafka cluster that has not been built yet. When that cluster is built, should I expect logstash to automatically try to connect to it and open up consumers, or will i likely need to restart my logstash instances? Thank you!!
