Logstash plugin install error

Hello im new with logstash, im trying to install syslog plugin but i always get this error, someone could help me?

\logstash\bin>logstash-plugin install

jruby: warning: unknown property jruby.ms1g
jruby: unknown option -Djava.awt.headless=true

You have to tell it what plugin to install. Check the documentation.
