Logstash Plugin Installation takes a lot of time

I am using Elastic Stack 5.1.1 version. Observing that the Logstash plugin installation takes a lot of time.
To specify around 1hr 23 minutes it took and still it didn't install the plugin. I have a decent internet connection.

Also, annoying to see no progress bar to notify the user know how much has the plugin been validated/installed.

Any specific reason for it?
