Logstash service not starting ,it is in paused status

logstash service is in paused status and when I am trying to restart or resume logstash service ,attached message pops up

Can you start it manually, eg bin/logstash -f path/to/conf?

Hi guys, I have the same issue logstash service is always in pause state. If I run it manually I get:

logstash.bat agent -f logstash.conf
io/console not supported; tty will not be manipulated
Settings: Default filter workers: 1
Logstash startup completed

Please start your own thread, this one is a little old.

Also when you do that please provide more information, like what version you run, what OS, etc.
