Logstash taking more time to start

Hello guys,

I am using logstash 6.4.1 and logstash-output-kafka plugin 7.2.0 to publish data to kafka 1.0.0

OS: CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)
RAM : available RAM is 6 GB

Currently i have only one .conf file. logstash is taking around 20-30 min to start streaming from logstash to kafka topic.
please explain me what is the problem.
