Why isn't the version of the logstash node visible in the list with nodes? In the 5.x.x versions of x-pack, this version was visible and it was even possible to sort on the version number. From that list, it was easy to see wich nodes need an update.
What version are you running/referring to now?

If you're on 6.0, it looks like it was removed to be consistent with other views;
But I think the developers are leaning towards putting it back in. If they do, it might only come back in a minor release like 6.2.0 (6.1.0 is in code freeze now).
If you feel really strongly that it should come back in a patch release like 6.0.2 please say so (no guarantees) (6.0.1 is in code freeze now).

I miss the version, because we have a lot of logstash agents and we do not have an overview of the version anymore
