After updating to ES 6.3.0, I get a "Machine Learning: Machine Learning is unavailable" whenever I try to get to the ML page. I saw https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/x-pack/current/ml-rollingupgrade.html and tried to do a 'Force Restart' on that cluster, but that did not fix the issue.
