I can't seem to find the link to download marvel for dev environment. Is
anyone using marvel for dev?

Looks like it's trying to access it online. In AWS we are in private
address space with no connectivity to the internet
[root@ip-10-80-140-62 ~]# /usr/share/elasticsearch/bin/plugin -i
/usr/share/elasticsearch/marvel/latest
-> Installing /usr/share/elasticsearch/marvel/latest...
Trying http://download.elasticsearch.org//usr/usr-share.zip ...
