Maven Central Out Of Date

Evaluating ElasticSearch for our project and about to try out the Groovy
client but the examples don't work with the 17.6 version in Maven Central.
I realize that I can simply download it and build it locally but we have a
lot of developers here and that could become messy. Is there any intent to
update Maven Central to the current stable 19.6 release?

Its currently not in maven central, but in the sonatype repo, see more in
teh Java client section on where the repo is.
