Metric visualization vs number formatting

Wonder how to define the format of a metric value in a Metric panel to only show the integer value, ie. no decimals, not sure if this can be defined somehow under Options->Settings->Percentage mode, Format pattern as a Numeral.js specifier and if so what pattern to use. Hints appreciated!

are you using Lens for the Metric visualization panel?
If so you can control the format per visualization setting the number of digits to 0:

No old fashioned Metric panel I believe, do not have an Appearance section, like your right side.

There's no way to format numbers to integer in the Agg based editor.
Can you migrate to Lens editor the visualization?

Yes, created a new Lens visualization with zero decimals!
