Is there a conf.d or equivalent to manage modules in separate files? I'd like to have a base system module for all my systems then add modules per system role.
Ideally, I could create separate yml file for each module config.
Thanks,
Rich

That's coming in 5.3. (changelog)
Docs: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/master/_reload_configuration.html
If you want to try it you can use the snapshot build from master: https://beats-nightlies.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix=metricbeat/
Thanks for the response. I dug in more last night and found the config reloading in the metricbeat.full.yml. I tried splitting my yml into separate files but kept getting errors.
Not worth showing the errors if will be added to 5.3. Also, thanks for the links. I never notice master was an option in the drop down.
I'll be at Elastic{On} next week and look for you at the AMA booth to discuss further.
Thanks,
Rich
