Metricbeat: directory size decreases

Hello,

I created graph for disk usage variation:
Y-axis : average of system.filesystem.used.bytes
X-axis: Date Histogram
Split series: system.filesystem.mount_point

I have a test during an hour, after test the size is decreased
But I didn't remove any data after test

Is this normal please ?
