I want to migrate indices of aws opensearch version 1.2 to Elasticsearch version 7.10. Is it possible to migrate or not? I am facing the version issue when trying to migrate.
You will need to reindex the data, likely using a custom script/application.
I'm wondering if reindex from remote would work in that case?
Also may be snapshots might be readable but not sure at all...
BTW I'd try to do it from Elasticsearch 8.4.
