Monitor API URL with Elastic

I would like to monitor the API URL in Azure with Elastic and the flow is like below image.

My question is how do we grab the authentication token to monitor the API URL?

And after grabbing the authentication token, how do we use it to monitor the API?

I don't believe we have anything that can handle this multi-step auth situation sorry to say.
Our products expect the auth details to be directly passed to them.
