Monitoring Docker application

Hi Team,

Kindly help me to understand whether elastic APM is capable of monitoring Docker application running on Linux machine and if yes then how to instrument it.

@gopikrishnan yes, you can instrument applications deployed as Docker containers.

Generally speaking, the method is the same for non-containerised applications; you can find Getting Started guides in the agent docs: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/index.html.
