Multiple conditions watcher

Hello Team,
Im trying to setup a Watcher that will have 2 conditions, For exemple:
If CPU reaches certain Tresholds,
AND
If IIS.ent request QUEUE hits a certain treshold.

Send an email.

How can I set up that IF bot condition is met then an email is sent.
