Hello! I am trying to figure out how to enable "Fetch from all databases" via Fleet Manager and Microsoft SQL Server integration. I have about 150 Databases I need to monitor and I do not want to add them manually here:
This documentation says I should be able to scan all databases, but I dont see where/how to configure it with Fleet Manager.

For that, you need to get the v2.2.2 (or higher) of Microsoft SQL Server Integration.
A pre-requisite to have access to that version is to have v8.10.x (or higher) Elastic stack version.
When you upgrade to the required version you'll be able to find a toggle for "Fetch from all databases" in the "Advanced options" in the very same panel you were checking.
