Network Management System with ELK (Like Open NMS etc)

Hi all,
I have configured 7.10.0 Stack Management. Now I wished to see the devices attached to my network in Elasticsearch. In this regard I am searching for a integration that helps me visualize the whole network in KIBANA using Dashboard or Plugin just like wazuh. Is there any possibility to achieve this.
I have seen open NMS but its plugin is not available for the latest version of Kibana and have also go through the steps to integrate Elastic search with it but I don't find hit helpful.

Is there any option that we can integrate any NMS just like @wazuh in our Stack Management.

Need Experts Opinion.
