No events emitted - CPU & Memory is fine

My logstash instance is not emitting events that it is receiving to Elasticsearch.

CPU across my hot nodes are very low (highest CPU usage is 12%) and my JVM memory percentage seems to be ok (highest one is 54%).

What can I do to diagnose and fix this issue?

I'm on Logstash version 7.1.1 and Elasticsearch 7.5.0. I know they are on different versions, I am in the progress of upgrading Logstash
