Check your elasticsearch.yml file and remove settings starting with index.

Thanks, but whether this will affect my index settings configurations ?

It will affect new indices. For this, use index templates.
It won’t change anything on the existing ones.

Okay, since this an new setup there is no existing indexes, so where i can define the indexes template ?

Here: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.0/indices-templates.html
