I have three nodes, but would it matter if one node was bigger than the other two?
Yesterday most of our nodes hit 99% so I increased the CPU of one the nodes, and was wondering if that bad practice?

I would say CPU differences should not matter much within the cluster however, different storage available could be a problem.
