Not booting if repository is unavailable

Hi there,

I encountered an issue, that elasticseach did not start. After searching the logs, it looks like that elasticsearch did not start because the backup repository was not available:

Since this is only a snapshot repository, I would like to see logging this issue, failing snapshot, BUT elasticsearch should be starting!
Is there a way to tell elasticsearch to start, even if a snapshot repository is not there?

Thanks, Andreas

PS: ES Version is 6.2.1
