Notes on Alerts or auto open case

Hello everyone,

Im currently doing the configuration of the Alerts, and i want to know if theres a way to put some notes or open directly a case from an alert, since we do have to treat the Alerts we need to input some information about how was checked and if it is a false positive or something.

I saw that we can put the TAG "False positive" but theres any way to insert comments on the field or open direct as a case so we can treat it?
